It claims to be Kenya’s first integrated residential, retail and office development attracting middle-class families as well as expatriates with the serviced apartments.

One of the new ones located in Ruaka off the Northern by-pass. It claims to be the biggest shopping experience in Sub Sahara Africa (outside SA) with more than 200 stores offering local and international experience.

4. Thika Road Mall (TRM) – 10,000

Often referred to as TRM, it’s located off Thika Road around the Roysambu and Kasarani neighbourhood. It mainly serves the student community, lower to middle-class communities.

5. Lavington Mall – 7,000

As the name goes, it’s located in the exclusive areas of Lavington. Primarily attracting the middle to upper-income classes as well the high-income consumers.

6. The Junction – 6,000

Located at the intersection of Ngong road, Lavington and Karen. It attracts a wide range of consumers, mainly the middle-income areas.
